Ingredients

15 minutes
15-18 balls
  1. 50-100 gramsmozzarella cheese, cut into small cubes
  2. 100 gramstapioca flour
  3. 70 gramsall purpose flour
  4. 1 tspsalt
  5. 1/2 tsppepper
  6. 2 tspchicken powder
  7. 100 mlboiling hot water
  8. 1egg
  9. as neededBreadcrumbs
  10. Oil for frying

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Add the flours and seasonings in a bowl. Add the hot water. Knead with a spoon until the come together.

  2. 2

    Take about half a tablespoon of the dough. Add one cheese. Shape into a ball.

  3. 3

    Whisk the egg in a bowl. Put the tapioca ball in. Coat it evenly.

  4. 4

    Then put it into the breadcrumbs. Do until everything is finished.

  5. 5

    Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the balls until golden brown and crispy.

  6. 6

    Serve with your favourite sauce.
