Schezwan fried rice
Steps

Soak rice for 5-10 minutes and Boil some water and then add rice to it. Strain the excess and keep it aside till it cools down. Do not overcook it.

Cut the veggies as shown.You can add extra vegetables if you want other than given.boil the vegetables together and add some salt to it.

Heat the oil or butter in a pan and add garlic, onions and stir fry. Add other remaining veggies to it and add cooked rice and schezwan fried rice masala to it. Mix them well. Add coriander leaves to it.

Prepare some mint yogurt.for that take some curd and add pudina paste and salt to it.you can serve it with mint yogurt. It tastes amazing.
