Boil 4 cups of water for 10 minutes, then add 1 tablespoon refined oil and add small spoon salt and put noodles in boiled water

Boil noodles for 10 minutes. Once done, drain hot water and rinse in cold water and drain and keep it aside

Heat the pan and add 3 tablespoon refined oil

Put sliced onions in heated pan and stir until golden brown

Once onions are golden brown and crisp, add cabbage, green bell pepper and chopped carrot, cook it until all vegetables are cooked

Add noodles and salt as per taste and cover the lid for 1-2 minutes

Take off the lid, add Vinegar and Soya sauce and cover it for more 2 minutes

Tasty veg noodles is ready!
