Firstly dissolve 1tsp yeast in 4tbsp warm milk and sugar.make dough by adding yeast,salt and rest of milk in flour.if needed add water.keep in warm place for 2 hours to rise.

Mix mayonnaise and ketchup.add paneer cubes,salt,chilli flakes and oregano. Mix all the garlic butter ingredients in another bowl.

Now make small balls from dough.flatten in 6"disc.apply 1tsp garlic butter on it.fold from edges to make triangle shape.

Now place 1tbsp of paneer filling on it.turn corners and paste with each other to make parcels.

Keep these aside for 30 minutes to prove.Apply butter and mix herb on it.

Preheat the oven on 200°for 10 minutes.bake it in preheated oven for 10 minutes or till golden in colour.

Ready to serve with ketchup.
