  • 6 leavesspinach
  • 1 kgbeef
  • 3tomatoes
  • 1onion
  • Salt
  • 5peeled potatoes

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash beef and put in a clean sufuria,let it boil for around 30 minutes

  2. 2

    Add sliced onions, tomatoes,salt and peeled potatoes add a cup of water let it boil till tender...add washed spinach leaves cover for 5 minutes and serve
