Take rava in bowl, add curd to it, add grated ginger, sugar and salt as per ur taste

Mix it well and keep it aside for 10 to 15 minutes. After 15 minutes add 1/2 cup of water, 1 tbsp of oil and mix it well. Adjust the consistency of batter to pouring consistency.

Keep kadhai and Grease one plate to keep it in kadhai. Add water to kadhai for steaming dhokla. Once water boils and grresed plate becomes hot, add baking soda to batter and mix it well. Pour the batter in plate for steaming for 10 to 12 minutes. Cover the kadhai with another plate.

After 10 minutes check it with knife whether dhokla is ready. Cut dhokla in square pieces.

For tempering add oil to kadhai and add mustard seeds, green chillies and curry leaves and put it on dhokla. Dhokla is ready to serve.
