Ingredients

10 servings
  1. 32 oz (900 g)Spaghettini pasta
  2. 5chicken breasts
  3. 2 cansCream of Chicken soup
  4. 1/2 canChicken Broth
  5. 125 mlsoftened butter
  6. 500 mlSour Cream
  7. Salt and Pepper
  8. 2 cupsshredded Mozzarella Cheese
  9. 3 tbspParmesan Cheese
  10. Optional: Broccoli
  11. Optional: Mushrooms

Cooking Instructions

    Dice and cook the chicken (season with salt and pepper).

  2. 2

    Boil pasta for 8 mins, and strain.

  3. 3

    In a baking tray combine cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, sour cream, and softened butter (OPTIONAL: And cooked mushrooms/broccoli), and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.

    Stir in cooked pasta, and sprinkle Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.

    Bake in the oven at 350 for 45 mins.

    OPTIONAL: Serve with garlic bread and vegetables.
