Steps

Wash and soak the sabudana overnight with very little water

Add peanut powder into the soaked sabudana. And keep aside

Take a mixture jar, add coriander leaves, mint leave, green chilli Make a paste

In a bowl now chop the potatoes in small pieces. Add green chilli and curry leaves and chopped ginger. Keep aside

Take a pan and heat in medium heat. Add jeera. Once crackling add the potato mixture and sauté for few seconds

Now add sabudana and the coriander paste and salt. Mix well

Now add half tsp sugar and 1/2 tsp of lemon juice. Mix well

Your hariyali sabudana khichdi is ready. Enjoy in your vrat time.
