Ingredients

  1. For poori
  2. 1 bowlwheat flour
  3. 1/2 tspsalt
  4. 1/2 tspajwain/carom seeds
  5. as neededOil
  6. For chane
  7. 1 bowlboiled chane(chickpeas)
  8. 2 tspoil
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. 1 tspaamchur/ dry mango powder
  11. to tastered chilli powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a big bowl make a dough.

  2. 2

    Take some dough and make a shape of puri.

  3. 3

    Heat oil and deep fry it.

  4. 4

    Take a deep pan heat oil add boiled chane add all spices and little mashed it.

  5. 5

    Cook it for 10 min.

  6. 6

    Ready to serve.
