2 cupsmultigrain atta
1 cupbeet puree
1 tspginger garlic paste
1 tspjeera,hing
as per tasteSalt
as requiredOil for fry

Boil beetroot and make puree in mixer,make garlic paste also

Take multigrain atta in a plate add jeera, Hing, salt and puree and make thick dough

Make poories with roller and fry it serve with chutney or tomato ketchup.
