Steps

Rinse cucumber, tomato, carrot, beetroot & coriander in water. Peel off the skin of cucumber, carrot, beetroot & onion.

Grate cucumber, carrot, beetroot in a shredder. Chop tomato & onion into small pieces.

Transfer all to a mixing bowl. Now add black salt, jaljira, lemon juice, jeera powder, black pepper, if needed add salt. Mix it.

Garnish it with fresh coriander leaves. Serve as a side dish with lunch or dinner.
