Steps

Heat one cup water add semolina in a pan and mix proper cook until water fully dry minimum 2 minute

Turn off flame and leave 15 second after add boiled potato salt,pepper and red chilli powder and mix well.The dough is ready.

Take a little bit of dough portions and roll between your palm to make fringer fries.

Now deep fry in medium low flame until the colour change into golden.

Serve with chutney,tomato ketchup.
