Ingredients

  • 1/4 kgLean ground pork
  • 3garlic cloves minced
  • 1/4 cuppacked brown sugar
  • 1/4 cupsoy sauce
  • 2 teaspoonssesame oil
  • 1/4 teaspoonground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoonground pepper
  • 1/2sliced onion
  • 1potato (cut into strips)
  • 1carrot (cut into strips)
  • Green onions (for garnish)

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook the ground pork over the garlic in a large skillet

  2. 2

    Whisk brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and pepper. Pour over the ground pork and let it simmer. 

  3. 3

    Put it the carrots, potatoes, and onions and stir well. Garnish with green onions.
