Scones
Same recipe can be easily used to make dinner scones
Steps

Mix water, salt, sugar and yeast together then add the egg and whisk well

Add the flour, knead slowly
- 3
Add the butter to the soft, sticky dough and continue kneading
- 4
Knead the dough, oil the kneading bowl place the dough. Wait until it doubles the size
- 5
Remove cut into favourable small pieces, roll into small ball, place them the baking tray then cover and wait for the to double in size
- 6
Eggwash and bake for 15 to 20 minutes. You can eggwash half the baking time (optional though)
