We broke our home quarantine and went out to a place with no one around—just me, my husband, and our kids. We grilled meat and made tea over the coals. It was a wonderful change of scenery, and we returned home feeling refreshed.

1.1 lbs (500 grams)lamb shoulder
1.1 lbs (500 grams)chicken breast cutlets
9 oz (250 grams)beef liver
9 oz (250 grams)hot peppers
9 oz (250 grams)tomatoes
Salt and skewers
Strong black tea
Mixed salad

Wash the meats, peppers, and tomatoes thoroughly. Season with salt and cut everything into small cubes.
