Mix the ingredients of the marinade and marinate overnight

Mix all ingredients of flour except the egg for the flour mix

Post marination remove the excess marinate into a bowl and add the eggs into the mix and stir well

Heat oil in a large pan for deep frying.

To coat the chicken. First mix it into the flour then dip it in the egg wash and then again into the flour.

Add the coated chicken into the oil and fry till golden brown

Sauce-

Grind the whole chillies and ginger garlic paste to make a fine paste

Take the tomatoes and grind it to the paste

Separate 3 tbsp of used oil into a different pan and add the chilli paste and fry till it changes to a dark red colour

Add the to fried paste the tomato puree and mix well

Once the puree is cooked add 2 tbsp chilli sauce 1 tbsp vinegar

Add salt and aginomoto to the mix

When the paste dries add 3 tbsp of the flour mix along with 2 cups of water and stir well till cooked

Once the paste thickens add the fried chicken to the paste or separate it in a bowl and serve seperately
