Ingredients

1 serving
  • 100 gfrozen raspberries
  • 2small bananas
  • 150 mlorange juice
  • 100 g- 2 large heaped Dessert spoons Greek Yogurt

Steps

    Put the frozen raspberries,bananas and orange juice in the Nutri Ninja blender or Tefal blender bit (other Blenders are available) and then blitz for the full 60 seconds if you have a Nutri Ninja Blender.

  2. 2

    With more space left in the blender - you can now add the yoghurt and then blitz for a further 30 seconds - it's done - enjoy.

Have continued too have this smoothie,the following days,but with mixed frozen berries, is some frozen bits of banana in the Pack as well,their are seeds in the Raspberries - even more so,in the mixed berries - could just blitz blend the shop bought orange juice (which is probably sweetened with sugar) with the frozen Raspberries etc. and then over a large mixing bowl - use a flour sieve (rice sieve) too strain out just a smooth juice.Two large bananas or Three small ones would give the Smoothie a thicker consistency,with 2 small bananas and the other ingredients the calories amount to 414 calories,the extra size in bananas would mean 500 calories for my One serving mentioned.Have just realised that you don't have too blitz blend the yogurt - at the last minute,you can stir yoghurt in.
