Take 4 slices of bread and cut the edges.

Now in a bowl take 1 tbsp besan and water to make it a thin paste as in pic 1. Now add 2 eggs, onion cuts, tomato cuts, green chillies, corriender leaves, turmeric, salt and mix them thoroughly.

Now cut the bread diagonally, as shown in pic 1

Now heat oil in a kadai for shallow frying. Dip the bread slices into the mixture and fry them in a low flame for 5 mins turning them upside-down. In the same manner, fry all the slices.

Serve them hot with tomato ketchup.
