Ingredients

4 servings
  • 4 tbspragi flour
  • 2 tbspsemolina
  • 2 tbspbesan(gram flour)
  • 1 tbspwheat flour
  • 1 cupgrated cabbage
  • 1 cupgrated carrot
  • 1 cupfinely chopped capsicum
  • 1 cupcurd
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • As neededOil for cooking

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Be ready with all the ingredients

    In a bowl transfer the flour and spices.

    Mix it well.

    Now add curd. Mix well.

    Now spread oil on a non stick tawa, pour a laddle ful of the batter. Spread it evenly. Cook from both the sides.

    Serve it immediately with chutney or tomato sauce.
