As you know about the current pandemic situation and country's lockdown, hotels, restaurants being sealed as it's outcomes as a result people in my house were craving for the food they used to have from outside.. so wouldn't it be so surprising if i just let them have it by cooking in my home wok.

Take one fley and cut it length wise so that it may get divided into 2, add vinegar and salt to it, cover it and keep it for 20mins.

Wash the fley and keep that into strainer. Then add all marination ingredients in a bowl take out your fley out of the strainer and put it in this bowl. Refrigerate it for 1/2 an hour.

Take all coating ingredients in a large tray and mix them then put fley into that and rub this fley throuoghly with your hands in the ingredient's mixture.

Take chilled water in a bowl dip fley into it and immediately pull it out then again put that into coating tray and rub it again. Take a wok add oil and heat it on a medium flame then add this fley and cover up the wok, after 4 mins turn over the fley and again cover up the wok. After frying put fley over strainer.

On a hot plate (tawwa) toast the burger buns, on a lower part of bun spread ketchup & mayo, put fley on to that, again spread ketchup and mayo & then finely chopped cabbage. Serve it with fries, ketchup & mayo.
