In a bowl put the crackers you want to make. This is according to if they are for you, you don't need much but if for a business you need much.

Put oil in a sufuria and heat it. Make sure it's hot before putting in the crackers.

Finally add the crackers or numbers and watch them increase in size.

Sieve them from the sufuria and enjoy them or pack to sell them.
Tips
Oil must be hot like that of chips and don't put them for long in oil or they burn. Not too much heat.
