  • 1onion
  • 1egg

Steps

  1. 1

    Boiled rice using water,pinch of salt and a little magerine.remove when ready

  2. 2

    Cut onion and fry in span using oil.remove after acquiring golden brown colour.

  3. 3

    Fry one plain egg in a pan.remove

  4. 4

    Plate the rice,onion and egg on one plate.

  5. 5

    Serve when hot.
