Vegetable sauce
We all know we need vegetables everyday in our lives

Chop all your veggies into desired size,and wash it,grate you scotch bonnet

Put a pan on a fire(low heat) add your vegetable oil,onions,bay leaves,ginger and garlic paste allow it to fry add your scotch bonnet and continue turning add your seasoning,veggies,add little water,chicken and allow it to steam for 3-5mins

Serve it with white rice or yam
