Ingredients

  • 🔹Ingredients for stuffing
  • 4 pcsBoiled and mash potatoes
  • 50 gramsBoiled Peas
  • 1 tspTurmeric
  • Red chilly powder 1and half tsp
  • 1 tspGinger chilly paste
  • 1 tspFennel seeds
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 tspDry mango powder
  • 1 tspDry corainder
  • Oil 500 grams for frying samosa
  • 🔹Ingredients for dough
  • 4 cupsall purpose flour (Maida)
  • 2 tspOil
  • 1 tspAjwain
  • Salt as per taste
  • Water 1cup (approximately)

Steps

  1. 1

    Stuffing
    Take mash potatoes in a bowl.
    Add peas and all above mentioned ingredients to it.
    Mix it well and keep aside.

    Now take parath and add all purpose flour to it.
    Add salt,ajwain and oil to it mix it well.
    Add water and knead a thick dough of it.
    Now make equal size balls of it.
    Roll it on rolling board with rolling pin.
    Cut it with cutter in the middle.

    Take 1 part and make a cone shape and fill stuffing in it.
    Bead all the edges with water.

    Heat oil in a khadhai.
    Fry all samosas on medium flame untill it is crispy and golden brown in color.
    Serve this delicious and spicy samosa with green chutney,sauce and tamarind chutney.
