Stuffing
Take mash potatoes in a bowl.
Add peas and all above mentioned ingredients to it.
Mix it well and keep aside. - 2
Now take parath and add all purpose flour to it.
Add salt,ajwain and oil to it mix it well.
Add water and knead a thick dough of it.
Now make equal size balls of it.
Roll it on rolling board with rolling pin.
Cut it with cutter in the middle. - 3
Take 1 part and make a cone shape and fill stuffing in it.
Bead all the edges with water. - 4
Heat oil in a khadhai.
Fry all samosas on medium flame untill it is crispy and golden brown in color.
Serve this delicious and spicy samosa with green chutney,sauce and tamarind chutney.
