An easy quick kids friendly healthy delicious snacks which is crispier outside and soft inside
Steps

Take a bowl. Add leftover rice, boiled potatoes, chopped capsicum, chopped onion, grated carrot and all spices mix it well.

Make roundels of the mixture and slightly flatten the cutlets.

Keep fry on a medium flame till golden brown. Keep aside on paper towel.

Serve hot with tomato sauce.
