Palak patta and bread chaat

Steps

Make a smooth batter of the besan rice flour chilli powder and salt with enough water. It should not be runny or too thick

Dip the spinach leaves in the batter and deep fry till crisp. Drain it on tissue paper.

Toast the bread slices with butter or ghee till crisp. Cut them into cubes

In a plate, layer the fried spinach leaves. Add the bread cubes in the center

Add 1-2 tbsp of whisked curd on top
- 6
Add 1 tbsp each of the chutneys

Sprinkle some black salt and chat masala
- 8
Add some finely chopped onions

Add another half TSP of curd on top
- 10
Finally add some more onions and sev and serve it quickly.
