Oriental Fish Soup
Clean taste delicious fish but not fishy

Clean and fillet the fish, then marinate with Soy Sauce, Shaoxing Wine, and 1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil, set aside in room temperature for 1 hour

In the meantime, chop the onion, and celery stalks

Saute the onion together with celery stalks, and close the lid for about 5 minutes

Pour over the chicken broth into the pot, and the fish together with the marinate sauce

Let it cook for about 10 minutes, then seasoned with salt, pepper, sugar. Taste and dish-up! Yum!!
