1 cupGram Flour or Besan
2Onions finely chopped
1 tspSalt
1 tspCumin powder
1 tspRed chilli powder
2 SprigsCurry Leaves finely torn
1/8 tspAsafoetida
1/8 tspBaking Soda
Water as required

Make a thick batter using all the ingredients mentioned. Since leftover Bhindi fry is used, the use of spices should be accordingly. It's absolutely upto you all to decide. Follow your family's liking and preferences while adding spices. Give it a standing time of 15-20 minutes.

Deep fry in hot oil on a medium high heat dropping small balls of the batter and cook until golden brown and done. Serve these yummy Fritters with any Chutney of your choice and some fried Curry Leaves. Enjoy!
