Steps

Put all the dry ingredients and mix well, now pour lukewarm water to knead stiff dough. Keep aside for 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes knead dough again and make small balls.

Roll one ball in a circle and fold it half and half so we get a triangular shape roll it for the desired size.

With the help of a knife make some cuts on both sides of the triangular shape. Keep aside for 5 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan and fry all triangular on medium low heat till golden brown.

Our khasta is ready to serve. Serve it with chutney. For kids spread some mixed fruit jam/ chocolate spread on a khasta and cover it with another one khasta sandwich is ready for your little munchkins.
