In a pan add water for heating as water starts boiling add Maggi packet cook it up to 80%. Then drain it and let it get cool.

In a bowl add all the above ingredients and mix them then add 4-5 tbsp cooked Maggi mix them gently. In a separate plate add leftover Maggi and a tsp of Maggi masala mix it.

Meanwhile keep oil for frying. Now make small balls out of the above mixture coat it with leftover Maggi and fry them till golden brown. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
