  • 1onion chopped
  • 1/2cucumber grated
  • 2 cupcurd
  • to tastesalt
  • 1/2 tspcumin powder
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper Powder

Steps

    Whisk curd nicely.

  2. 2

    In a bowl add curd.then add cucumber and onion.

  3. 3

    Now add all spices and mix it.garnish with red chilli powder and black pepper Powder.

    Raita is ready for serving.
