Beat eggs.

Then add add all the ingredients accept cheese like salt.red chilli.onion.tomato.green chillies corriender. Then beat well.

Now take non stik fry pan to make omelette.

Pour the egg mixture on the pan let it cook completly one side.

Then add cheese on the top of omelette.

Then fold it with flate spatulla..fold it twice.

Flame should be slow.cook it 1 minte after folding.

Then cut into pieces and placed on the serving dish.

For curry in a pan boil tomato and onion then blend it.

Now take a pan.heat oil.

Then add the this mixture of tomato or onion

And add rest of the ingredients salt.chilli.corriender.ginger garlic paste.cumin powder and bhunify well.

Now pour this curry on the top of the omlette.
