Chicken noodles
Steps

To boil the noodles follow the instruction on the packet or for 150 gm noodles, heat 1.5 ltrs of water in a deep bottomed pan on high heat till it comes to boil.

Add the noodles & 1/2 tsp salt stir it lightly for it to open up. Boil it for 2-3 mins,should not be soft but "al dente".

Drain it in a colander & wash it with cold water to stop the cooking

Add 1tsp of oil & mix it well to coat the boiled noodles so that they dont stick. Set it aside

Marinate chkn with items listed below marination. Keep aside for 20 mins. In a pan add 1 tbsp oil,now add marinated chicken strips & fry on high heat for 3-4 mins till cooked & evenly browned, once done keep aside.

Now in same pan heat 2 tsp oil and add 2 beaten eggs,sprinkle pepper powder & salt.. And scramble that egg.. Once done remove on plate

Heat 3 tbsp oil in a wok, add chopped garlic & give it a stir

Now add shredded cabbage,capisum,spring onion whites, greens, carrot, baby corn mix and give it a stir for 1 min

Now add the sauces & mix it well.next add fried chicken, scrambled eggs.

Now add the boiled noodles & toss it with the chicken, scrambled eggs and veggies to combine everything,season it with some pepper powder & salt

Once done switch off the flame

Garnish noodles with spring onion greens & serve hot
