Ingredients

  • 1 cupmaize flour
  • 1 cupwheat flour
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1/2 cupmelted butter/margarine
  • 1 tbspbaking powder
  • 1 tbspvanilla essence
  • 4eggs
  • 1 cupmilk

Steps

  1. 1

    Pre heat oven to 180° and line your baking tray.

  2. 2

    Gather all your ingredients.

    Start by beating eggs and sugar together till well combined. Add essence, milk and butter.

    Add in the flour and mix then pour in your baking tray. Put in the oven and bake for 20minutes.
