Mix onion, tomatoes, cashew nuts and ½ cup of water in pan and cook on medium flame for 6-7 minutes. Let it cool completely.

Add green chilies to cashew nuts mixture and grind to fine paste.

Heat oil/ghee in pan add cashew nuts saute on slow flame till crispy. Remove and keep aside,

In same oil/ghee add bayleaf, saute for 30 seconds, now add ginger and garlic paste saute for 1 minute. Add gravy saute for 2 minutes, now add red chilli powder, garam masala powder, kasuri methi and salt mix well and cook for 1 minute.

Now add fresh cream and ½ cup of water mix well and cook for 2 minutes, now add fried cashew nuts and sugar mix and stir for 1 minute. Serve hot with paratha/naan/rice.
