Ingredients

15 minutes
Serves 4 servings
  1. 5large potatoes
  2. 2 tablespoonsgrated Parmesan cheese
  3. 1 tablespoonchopped parsley
  4. 2eggs
  5. 1 cupcooked meat
  6. Salt and pepper
  7. Nutmeg
  8. Breadcrumbs as needed (I use ground almonds)
  9. as neededOlive oil

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Finely chop the meat with a knife.

  2. 2

    Boil the potatoes in salted water, then mash them. Add salt, pepper, nutmeg, parsley, and cheese. Mix well, then add the meat. Combine thoroughly and shape into croquettes.

    Heat the oil well and fry the croquettes.

  4. 4

    Serve with a green salad.
