Steps
- 1
Fill a large pot with 3 quarts of water (about 3 liters). When it comes to a boil, add the chicken bouillon and potatoes.
- 2
In a skillet, sauté the vegetables until golden. Then add the chicken and cook until browned on all sides.
- 3
Place the peanuts in a bowl, cover with boiling water, and let soak for 10 minutes. Peel the peanuts, then blend them until smooth.
- 4
Add the cooked vegetables and blended peanuts to the pot. Simmer for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
- 5
About 20 minutes before the soup is done, toast the noodles in a skillet, then add them to the pot along with the milk. Cook until done and enjoy!
