Steps

Cut onions in thick round slices to make rings.

In a bowl take all purpose flour, corn flour, rava, chilli powder, chaat masala and salt.

Add water and make a semi thick batter.

Take onion rings, dip in batter and coat with bread crumbs and corn flour mixture.
- 5
Fry in hot oil till it becomes crisp and brown in colour.
- 6
Remove from oil and enjoy with sauce.
