Steps

Remove the skin and cut the pineapple into medium sized cubes.

Freeze them overnight in an air tight container.

Add the frozen pineapples, condensed milk and fresh cream into the blender and blend them untill they are fully blended. The mixture should be thick, smooth at this point.

Add the mixture to an air tight container and cling wrap it /cover with foil before closing the lid. This is done to prevent your ice cream from becoming icy.

After an hour take the ice cream out, it would be half set. Add it to the blender or give it a whisk. This is done so the Ice cream will be creamy not icy. Repeat one or two more times.

Once the ice cream is fully set, serve immediately and enjoy your decadant ice cream.

Note: The amount of condensed milk added can be altered depending on how sweet you want the ice cream to be and also depending on how ripe your fruit is. Also any frozen fruit of your liking can be used instead of pineapple.
