Cooking Instructions

Marinate the beef in soy sauce, worcestershire, salt, pepper, baking soda, flour, garlic powder for at least 15 mins.

In a pan over medium heat, saute garlic in oil until golden brown. Careful not to burn the garlic because it cooks fast. Set aside and leave the oil in the pan.

In the same pan add the marinated beef. Mix well and cook for 15 minutes. Add water and simmer until the water is gone.

Add the mushrooms & butter. Mix well. Cook for another 5 minutes or until beef is tender. When it's done cooking, add the fried garlic.

Serve and enjoy! 🙂
