Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and to start with Millet is ideal and I chose to make it more healthy by adding various vegetables and topping with egg pouch. It gives all proteins to the healthy breakfast.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and to start with Millet is ideal and I chose to make it more healthy by adding various vegetables and topping with egg pouch. It gives all proteins to the healthy breakfast.
Steps

Wash Millet well and soak for 10 mins. Chop the vegetables and set aside. Chop garlic, ginger and onions

In a non stick pan heat oil and fry garlic, ginger and green chillies for a minute. Add onions and vegetables
- 3
Add turmeric powder, cumin and coriander powder and stir fry for two minutes. Add salt and stir
- 4
Add water and cover to cook
- 5
Once water is absorbed and millet is cooked, set aside. Make a pouch and top it.

Plate it and enjoy eating healthy breakfast
