Homemade mozzarella cheese

Heat your milk while stiring and testing temperatures by dripping some on your arm.

Once it's very hot, switch of source of heat and start adding vinegar bit by bit while still stirring. it's a slow process but curd will start to form then you collect to one side with your wooden spoon.

This is how it should look like once it's all collected

Transfer it to a bowl of hot water and knead it for about two minutes.

After kneading in hot water, transfer it to ice cold water and gently knead it for a minute or less
- 6
It should look like this. Stretchy as possible.

Transfer it to a cling film or a zip lock bag and freeze it.
