Start with the filling: In a bowl, combine the roasted, ground peanuts, clarified butter, and vanilla extract. Mix well, then gradually sprinkle in orange blossom water and knead until the sugar dissolves. Shape the mixture into small balls.

In another bowl, mix the medium semolina, melted clarified butter, oil, powdered milk, salt, and vanilla extract. Combine everything, then gradually add water and orange blossom water until you get a soft dough. Let the dough rest. Shape the dough into balls, then flatten each one, place a ball of filling in the center, close the dough around it, and place in a mold that has been sprinkled with chopped peanuts or almonds.

Decorate as desired, then bake at 350°F (180°C) until golden. Remove from the oven and dip in cool honey.
