Roti Noodles
Steps

Cut the rotis like strips/ noodles. Add 2 tbsp of oil and water to get it moist. (If using fresh rotis no need to moist it)

Roti strips is ready, sliced Veggies r ready, all ingredients ready.

Now put a pan/Kadhi on Medium flame add oil heat it. Add Green chilli-Garlic-Ginger paste, saute it. Add onions get it transparent add carrot. Saute it for a min add capsicum. Saute it for min too.

Now add half Ching's Chowmein masala mix it. Add roti strips and add remaining masala. Mix it all well.

Sprinkle Chopped coriandor leaves and serve hot. Yummy roti noodles r ready.
