  1. 1

    Boil 2 ltr milk. When it's boiling add lime juice. It starts curdling.

    Filter and hang it for 3 hours.

    Gently make shapes. Boil 4cups of water with 200 grams of sugar. Add the shapes inside. Cook it for 15 mins with the lid open. And cook it for 15 mins with lid closed.

  4. 4

    Boil one litre of milk bring it to sim for 15mins. Add sugar, mix it well. Add the cooked balls, saffron. Nuts are optional. Serve it hot or cold
