Tutong

This recipe is one of my chilhood favorite snack. I prefer room temperature when I eat it. It is very simple to make food for a heavy snack best goes with tea or coffee ( I prefer black coffee for this one). So what is Tutong? It's the sweetrice, sticky ruce or what we called glutinous rice cooked in coconut milk and brown sugar.
The toasted mung beans brings the distinctive flavor that makes the difference among the other sweetrice dessert.Hope you try and like it.
