Blitz everything finely in a blender.

Add water to it to adjust consistency. The mixture shouldn't be too thick or too runny. Add seasoning.

Put some oil on a hot pan. Pour batter. Let it cook for 15-20 seconds. Flip.

Serve with dips or chutney or Indian Greek yoghurt riata and pickle.
