Take gram flour in mixing bowl, add salt, few drops of oil, turmeric powder, carrom seeds, red chilli powder and make a dough (like chatpati)

Keep it for 10 minutes. Then Make a roti of it

Cut it in diamond or squar shape

Cut onion in large pieces, cut green chillies.add garlic cloves, coriander leaves, coconut, ginger and make a fine paste of it

Heat oil in kadhai add Cumin seeds in it. Add Asafoetida then add grinded paste and saute it for 3-4 minutes.

Add all the dry spices in it mix it and cook it for 1-2 minutes. Add 2-3 cups water in it.

When water stared boiling add ready pataudi in it.cook it for 10 minutes. Till pataudi becomes softer.

Serve hot with Chapati, Roti or Rice.This is traditional Maharashtraian dish. Very spicy
