Baked chicken with pineapples and capsicums (bell pepper)

This is one of those dishes that comes out of nowhere. This random dish was the result from mum and my stepdad free-styling in the kitchen. They just add some random stuff, but it turns out to be really tasty!!

Steps
- 1
Cut chicken into individual pieces. Pat dry chickens and season with all seasonings. Massage the seasoning thoroughly. If no Portuguese chicken seasoning you can use paprika powder, a bit of chilli and lemon rind and a bit of sugar and oregano
- 2
Placed chicken in baking tray (lightly grease the tray). Preheat oven to 220°C and baked for 7-10 mins, flip once. It's better to watch your chicken, so it won't burnt.
- 3
Adjust oven to 180°C, take chicken out of the oven and add in pineapples, capsicum (bell pepper), and garlic, baked for another 35-40min or until chicken is cooked.
- 4
Turn off the heat, and take the chicken tray out from the oven. Your food is now ready to serve.
